Built for PMs at a same-day delivery marketplace, adapted for any data-heavy or backend-intensive product organization.\n\nThe 6-stage loop assigns each stage a specific competency — with the hiring manager intentionally excluded until the final stage to prevent early anchoring bias. Stage 2 is the product analytics screen, a Critical competency for data-heavy roles. A score of 1–2 on any Critical competency is a Hard No.\n\nThe Panel Evaluation Rubric uses a 5-point scale with both IC Level and Senior Level assessments.
