Most experimentation content assumes high-traffic consumer products. This framework is explicitly designed for B2B constraints: limited MAUs, account-level assignment, long run times, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Built from a proven B2B SaaS experimentation methodology, this template covers the full experiment lifecycle: hypothesis intake, statistical design, timing coordination, result recording, and institutional learning. It solves the three most common B2B failures — running underpowered tests, contaminating results with user-level assignment in account-based products, and losing learnings when experiments end.
