About this event

Engineering, design, and product leaders building a factory inside their own codebase. One day. You leave with it running and merged PRs to prove it.

What to expect from Frontier events

01

The roadmap

Point agents at your backlog and get PRs within the first hour. By day's end, you've shipped work you'd been putting off.

02

The system

Eight mechanisms for tuning a factory: specs, QA, review, skills, loops, design systems, CI, and context. Each gets thirty minutes of hands-on practice against your repo.

03

The crew

A named list of co-managers in your company, including a technique for turning your loudest skeptic into a reviewer with skin in the game.

04

The goals

A four-week plan from working factory to default workflow. Plus the ability to look at bad agent output and know which control to reach for.

How the day works

You'll have a factory running within the first hour. Point agents at a bug backlog, an improvement you've been putting off, or a spec for something bigger. PRs land during lunch from work you kicked off that morning.

The rest of the day is making it better. Eight mechanisms: specs, QA, review, skills, loops, design systems, CI, and context. Each gets thirty minutes of hands-on practice against your repo. By late afternoon you're running the full cycle: kick off work, review what comes back, fix the problem, run it again.

  • A four-week plan to make the factory how work flows through your team

Who it's for

Teams with at least one technical member who can build alongside us. A non-technical CEO is welcome with a CTO or technical co-founder.

What to bring

Your laptop and access to a real codebase. A bug backlog or list of small improvements is ideal fuel for the morning. No pre-work beyond signing up and following the onboarding steps.
